Please clearify, what is the difference between export to other countries and export to nepal, charging duty on nepal invoice is mendatory or not?

I think so it is mandatory satveer
Nepal Export is not mandatory for Excise & Vat Exempt against Under UT -1 Bond Central Excise & Custom serivce tax Any Divison made Certificate such as removal under ARE-1 Paper Must Requried further document i.e Duplicate transporter original copy ,DC ,Packing List,ARE-1 Papers

Dear Satveer,
Now a days no need to prepare Napal Export Invoice. Please treat Normal export to Nepal as to other country. All formalities to be followed.
Mr. Sanjay is correct. Only in case of Bhutan Export , duty to be paid , other than Bhutan no need to pay duty , use the LUT.
