Can you please describe ,Service tax liable on warehousing storage charges of Cotton Bales (FP Bales)?

we are businees of cotton Bales and we are hire warehouse for storge of Cotton Bales. our Tax adviser advice us ,no service tax paid on Hiring of warehouse but our warehouse owner not agreed with us.

Please resolve this matter with any notification or case law.
