while filling GSTR3B for 2017-2018, in full year, total IGST was paid Rs. 52,753/- but after Income tax audit, my total IGST is Rs. 35,631/-, that means i have paid Rs. 17,121/- Extra.
in 2018-2019 i have adjust that amount in GSTR3B, but now in GSTR9 how to adjust this.
should i enter negative figure in table 14 in payable and paid field?

i have shown less IGST in 18-19. is it correct? i have deduct Rs. 17,121/- from IGST in 18-19, because of excess payment in 17-18.

in FY 2017-18, when i filed GSTR3B of September 2017, i have taken all the sales bill amount in IGST, but i forgot to take credit note while filing GSTR3B, but in GSTR1 i have upload that credit note.
so that Credit note i have deduct in September 2018 in GSTR3B.
please some one reply to this.

1. have you shown the CNT against sale in GSTR 1 in fy 2017-18 & have reduced the output tax liablity for the same in September 2018 month's GSTR 3B
