You will clear this time.. Neednt worry! Hardwork always paysoff... Sometimes sooner sometimes later.. It is not wise to give up when you have put so much efforts...

And, when you are going to pass the exams this time, WHY do you think about CPT exemption?

anup one of my friend situation is exactly like u..but insted of ipcc she was in pcc..she had clear her group 2 in fourth attempt..and group 1 in 7 th attempt...each time diffrence was only 4 to 5 marks in aggrecate....so dont take tension..u will through...all d best 4 result..

plz dont take tension

just take a rest and get relax

then find ur way or method of studing

and try to improve that......

u can  and u will b a CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT
