I have a question of my friend. She has 1.5 years of experience working as consultant with CA firm, 10 months in direct taxation and 2.5 years in software (all these excluding articleship). Now she wants to return back to the Finance field, however, it seems a herculean task for her. Can you suggest any ways out for her to get a decent job in finance with a desent pay? Or some refernces? she's in Pune as of now.
Software fields is better to get easy and fast money when compare to CA, then Why to change software fields aftyer having 2.5 yrs experiance., better join fast track cource in software and get better Job.
Her requirement is different. Since she is a functional consultant it is desirable that she should travel onsite often; which is not possible for her due to family constraints. Hence she wants a job in finance itself.
As more exp in Software then it is good to retain in to that field..And 2.5 yrs means she will get very good job as of 2day.
Apurva, as i've already mentioned she does not want to travel. Please read teh post carefully, are you aware of anything about software field? for functional consultants?
