hey

all the best for ur exams

can u plz suggest me where to study for the final exams in case of theory subjects

are there notes available for any theory subjects from any classes ..???

your suggestions and guidance would be of great help.

There r many good teachers in Kolkata who can provide you with theory classes. As an alternative you can get there notes. As far as Auditing may persons are following Padukas Study Materials. As regards corporate laws Munish Bhandari is the ever best book that I have seen. Prasun Raksh*t for MAFA is an adorable one. For Direct Tax Vindod Guptas study material is very good. You can use the modules for MICS and Indirect tax.

The best way to attnd theory papers is _ try to mention more sections and write only relavant things as in CA u dunt get marks on basis of length . Secondly never give reference of any section unless u r 100% sure . I got distinction in Corp law in final ,beacuse i developed my own specific way of study.

hi!! If u remember the sections well n good.. but only quote them when u r 200% sure.. also remember to write ur answers in small para's more acceptable will be point wise... Keep very Imp case laws in mind to refer to them when reqd.. and last but not the least present ur paper with confidence in ur writin and the way u r writin... ALL THE BEST...

for theory subjects go for expert teachers.a proper planning is must. notes should be used; mics:dinesh madan audit;surbhi bansal,vinod aggarwal law;r.d.maheshwari

For CLSP, best book to study is "Corporate Laws and Secretarial Practice" by Munish Bhandari. It has many case laws and solved queries. You can use the same as suggested also. It has solved queries in CA, CS,CWA exams. If there is no time to start afresh, then use "Handbook on Corporate Laws and Secretarial Practice" by Munish Bhandari. Just get the latest edition.
