Need to file mgt-14
please confirm me whether need to file MGT-14 in case of contact or arrangement approval in which director is interested and resolution have already approved by board. Please confirm whether need to file MGT-14.

As per MCA notification dated 18th March 2015, Companies are just required to take MBP 1 duly signed by the Directors for the records to be maintained in the Company and for the same board resolution shall be passed at the Board meeting when new director or kmp is appointed in the Company or when there is change in disclosure and in every financial year in First Board meeting , such disclosure shall be made .
hence no need to file MGT 14 (via notification no 18th March 2015_
Need to have signed as well as scanned copy of MBP1 for office records.
