Need to claim tds refund

Hello All,
I started working since 19 Nov 2014 as a legal retainer (contractual) in icici lombard with a salary of 13000 Rs.
Every month they charge 10 % TDS on my salary and 11700 Rs. gets credited in my account.
Now please tell me how to get refund of this TDS deducted from my salary as I am not in any tax slab.

Please explain the whole procedure how to fill it online, What documents are required, When to fill it and under which form?

Kindly help.

File ITR 1 n write tds amount in specific column n file it online.

File income tax return and claim refund of tds. That will not be salary that will be professional fees us 194J, so you have to show as business income not salary income. For more information Contact me on Agicha.navin @ gmail.com

You have to file your Income Tax return to claim TDS return. Furnish your details, gross amount of salary, tds deducted thereon, your bank a/c details. Do file it on or before 31st July as in that case yoy can revise your return also.

Do I have to file return in form 4s as professional income or in Itr 1 as salary income? And what documents to submit online

you cannot file ITR4S. use ITR4 only.

no documents are required to be submitted online.. just fill & upload the ITR form.. Later send the ITR V via speed post to CPC Bangalore... no other document is required....

Its better to wait till your company gives you form 16A. Or you can create your efiling account on incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in to find out under which section the company has deducted TDS. File your return only after that.
