there are no maximum no. of attempts allowed for CPT..it is sad that you have already written it twice, but dont worry,  you will surely pass...it is just that you may need to work a bit hard than the others since you do not have a commerce background....but then also, it is not an impediment to passing the exam....

just concentrate and leave all the worries....just practice properly

5 to 6 Attampts allowed in one registration then further Nominal fees for re-registration.. So dont think like that.. This is Commerce all r wel come for N times.. There is no ristrictions..

Hmmmmmmmmmm.......... Your case is Quite difficult.. See there is Maths and State ..It should be your core subject Becoz you are related with Sceince.. and CPT contains MCQs only.. So basics A/Cs requied.. As far as concern of ECONOMICS.. this subject is NEW for all students..!

Do Practise from Model test Papers.. as far as concern of last CPC paper , It is whole from this papers.. and there is very gud practise..

you will have to make your accounts strong to be a CA because you you can pass cpt but later on it will be a single subject so be clear about basics you can join coaching or take friends help

and regarding economics that can be done self

maths and statistics are known to you well

so go for it you can do it
