Need professional guidance for audit sign

i need professional guidance as i have a company and running from 2011 and two year return filed and now 2013 year return to be filed. but due to some issue like location far.I would likt change CA. i went to my current CA in sept and clear everything nd issue NOC.He ask me to send that via new CA and we did same but later on he not signed noc nd not giving resign of current year 2013. now he not signing my current audit and not permit to fill by new on. finally i again go in office nd talk to fill either give regign than ready for return filed but put two three condition:- 1. next year return will file by him and will file 23b for next year as usual. 2. charging me 20000 audit fee while last year 5000-6000. 3. if we want his resign than asking to pay 30000 (only for resignation) so i need some guidance on urgent basis.. thanks a lot

You can write an official complaint to ICAI. ICAI, after investigations can punish the CA if found guilty of misconduct. Contact ICAI.

Thanks for advice Can you please tell me as this complain will be on hard copy or via email or phone call. Also share detail of address or mail id

If the new auditor send a communication to the old, the old auditor must send a written communication to the new, and since the he never sent any reply within 30 days the new auditor may file form 23b and continue to file the returns

Thnx for share your openion. My new CA sent many letter from october to dec. And also i sent emails to old one from sept month. But due to filed 23b last year for 2013 yr appontment..so new one CA demanding his resign n NOC from old. But he is not giving nd if he give thn ask me to pay money as i describe above. Please advice..
