Need of articleship

Dear Student What is your intention in getting dummy articles. I think you have not understood the scheme of the CA course itself. If you think you will make a good CA by passing the CPT/IPCC/Final exams alone, then you are in for a super rude shock. You may think that the practical training is all hog wash, but I see a number of CAs today languishing today without even knowing how a Bank reconciliation statement is prepared practically. You may also think that after passing your final quickly you will gain the practical experience required, but believe me all you will end up doing is helping the market for fresh CA's crash. Employers will find you unemployable and thereby will either want to cut the CTC offers they make or look elsewhere for cheaper less qualified candidates. I personally know of my friends in large corporates who have told me that they would employ some B Com graduates and train them for 3 months rather than pay heftily and employ the CAs whom you have to train any way. By doing this unethical practice you are not only spoiling your future but also bringing down the credibility of the CA profession which you are aspiring to a part of. Please refrain from doing dummy articles. Do chose a good but medium sized firm in your locality and learn in your 3 years of prac training. Good luck and All the best

To all those who want to go for dummy articleship....stay away from CA. There are so many easier options. Why do u want to degrade our profession.

Also if u do not learn doing a proper articleship u r in for biiig trouble in future.

For gods sake carefully chose the words you use in public..don't get into a big trouble...by choosing dummy article ship u r wasting ur career

ICAI should definitely have a mechanism to identify the CA - student Nexus who indulge in this shameful act and publicise names of erring member and student. We need harsh measures sometimes in this country to uphold the integrity shown to us by our fore fathers.

Dummy hi karna hai to CA mat karo.....bcuz CA is for warriors and not for cowards...
