Need information in irm course by icai

Hello All ,

Myself Viswanath. I have done MBA(Insurance and Finance). I am working with a MNC as Business Analyst. I would like to pursue the examination in  Insurance and Risk Management offered by ICAI.  I need information as given below :

i)Is it require to have CA to write the examinations ?

ii)What is the eligibility criteria for writing the examinations ?

It would be great if I get the link for Syllabus and Previous examination papers etc.
