hi friends my friend has planned to start a business and took GST No.
but unfortunately he was unable to start the business.
now he was not having idea about GST he didnt file gst everyy month after 6 months he joined a job and he placed a request for cancellation og GST.
not he got a call from Tax officer saing that he need to file GST till date then only it will be cancelled .
now he not even started the business due to his financial issue and joined for a job
to file the gst now he has to pay 70000 as a late fee.
what is the solution is there any option to him to cancel because he was not at all started a business and with half knowledge took Gst and not filed every month.
