CENVAT Credit can be utilized for manufacturing purpose in India. For trading CENVAT Credit is not applicable other than your trading goods are inputs for some industry. SAD/AED  4% can go refund.

Only you can take the cenvat credit on manufacturing activity. On the trading goods you can not take the cenvat credit. Registered trader can only pass the cenvat credit and premises should be separate.

dear sir

how it will be treated in RG-23 part ii
