Need help in strategic financial management and accounts

Dear CA´s,

I took the SFM classes in May 2010 and Financial Reporting Nov. 2012. Due to some reasons I was unable to appear for exams. Now, I am married and facing some problems in my family, So i would like to finish my final year exams for that i need urgent help, today i filled the form to appear for group 1. Can some body help me !!!!!!!

Can some one tell me what are the amendments come during this last four years for the SFM and FR. Can some one share notes if possible for Group 1 cources....I would be very greatful

No changes in sfm during the period.A lil change in sebi broker regulations and holding co. Due to new companies act.so no major changes....go for it!

Visit institute site u get law two supplementary material 45 new sections in place of old and anthr 17 sections on the chapters buks of a/cs and audit chapt in law due to new companies act. Those 17 sections wil effct even for audit. Its better to buy new munish buk for bet

better to buy munish new buk for law for better clarity on those new sections*.
