need help in Name Change

Greeting Seniors,

I need help of seniors in this forum regarding the name change of the company.

Actually that is NBFC public company say "Universal Empire Financial services Ltd." and now its name is to be changed "Universal Empire Aero services Ltd." but name change form is filled with Universal Empire Financial services private ltd. and ROC appproval is also obtained.

I just want to know from seniors that whether can a NBFC Public company be changed in private company and if only only name change is to be done, then how to correct the above error?

so you just need to file the form 1A i.e. application for change in the name again with ROC and get the name approval as desired by you i.e. ending with Ltd only.

you cannot simply change the public Co to private co it has a long and complicated procedure...so just file form 1A again

the previously filed 1A and the prior name approval obtained will automatically be upgraded to the new name...
