You have to ask them to send another copy of it. Now that time is less, ask them to provide the course of action.

1st confirm ur registeration by calling uo the regional head office chapter.. Once you are satisfied with the confirmation, then ask them about the letter & ask them to send it again & then go for e-Sahaayata...

you can ask for e sahaayata but the problem is that institute will take much time to send you the registration letter as they will post only by ordinary post.

I ll advice you to visit the institute and get a dublicate copy of the letter and fill your examination form. It is advicable not to delay in submitting the examination form !!
