Need help, getting sick frequently

Hi friends,

First of all congrats to all those who cleared theri CA exams.

 

So what I was looking here for is a medical/health advice/suggestion especially from the students' section.

I'm a CA Final student, my attempt is due in May 2014, I'm up for religios studies required to clear both the groups at first stroke, needless to say I'm instilled with confidence and motivation.

 but but but

THE PROBLEM is creeping in is with my HEALTH, I've observed I'm getting sick every 30 days most times with fever (I'm typing this message in hot fever), this time I'm not able to figure out the reason leading to my this fever (last time it was becuase of Cold), I was eating good/nutritious food time to time, sleeping at least 8 hours.

 

So I need some tips from you guys to overcome this phenomenon, since keeping in view CA final exams I cannot afford to fall ill so frequently.

I think you should see a shrink for this.It seems more phsycological rather than physical...

1st of All consult a good Physician (MD). To stay away from minor illness do workout or yoga or some excercise at least 45 minutes everyday. Needless to say take nutritous food. Prevention is better than cure. Sobe cautious.

And yes give your mind some rest and be relaxed it will reduce the chances of illness. laugh Smile is the best medicince so do note be tensed and keep smiling.

I used to had green tea 3-4 times for being awake, stress free & enhance immunity, you can also try the same.

 

Stay fit, best luck.

It's due to stress.. you need get out of obsessive worrying about exams and your health. Be aware of food items that cause allergy or cold and stay away from those. Get into the habit of washing your hands and face every few hours. Get some good friends and spend time and relax.

@ vaibhav apart from following all the health tips for improving ur immunity ...the foremost thing which u should do is to stop too much thinking about ur health issues ..as long as u have this sickness thou8 in ur subconcious mind u vl find ur self sorrounded by a diesease every now and den .. u just have to remind urself dat ur parfectly all ri8 ...ALL IZZ WELL :)smiley

Dude Sleep Very Earily at around 10 wake by 5 .Early morning When you wake up have tea spoon of pure honey after having a Water.

Go for 30 to 40 minutes jogg.

Highly recommended to consult a doctor and explain ur problem

.And go with his advice...all is well..

Really sad to know about this but i am agreed with most members that its more of psychological then physical.

Exams do give some stress but belive in yourself. I have a RAMBAN solution that will definatly work for you:
