TDS on rent deduct by any person (not Individual or HUF, who are not require to Tax Audit 44AB in the previous year).
What is the meaning of "not Individual or HUF, who are subject to the Tax Audit 44AB in the previous year",

it means if u r individual and paying rent to your landlord than u no need to deduct tds while payment rent .

that means individual and HUF, if cross the limit mentioned for Tax Aduit, are responsible for deduct TDS from rent, otherwise not.
