Don't worry, even the best of us CA students have phases where we feel like we are losing track of our studies. The trick is to not get discouraged and to not try to cram in too much at once.
Here is my advice:
- Create a realistic study timetable and try to stick to it.
- Stick to ICAI Study Material , RTPs, MTPs and the last 3-5 year question papers as they have the highest chance of appearing in the exam.
- For each subject, revise it multiple times before moving on to a new subject, instead of studying one topic over and over again
- To practice, write out the answers to practical papers and revise theory papers through notes and recollection.
- Identify weak subjects and spend time on them instead of trying to avoid them.
- Take mock tests to get an idea of the time limit and to boost your confidence.
- Make sure to get enough sleep and take breaks so that you don't feel exhausted all the time.
Don't forget the most important part: a consistent timetable over sporadic study sessions. Even if you are falling behind, a strict but achievable schedule should help you keep track of your progress. All the best for your exams.
