Need help

Hi, Friends I desperately need some help, I am a student of CS Executive, I need to know that after the recent amendments in the Cmpanies Act , now what exactly is the scope of Company Secretary's Future. Has the scope of CS finished totally or not where exactly do we stand .Please tell me, its very urgent.

Hi Shonali,

The value and demand of CS's will increase with the recent amendment in companies Act. (companies act, 2013)

For your information, as per the companies act, 2013, every company (including private limited company) with paid up capital > Rs. 5 crores have to appoint a whole time CS.

Responsibility of the CS's has been increased as per the companies act, 2013, accordingly they will charge higher fees from the clients then the fees they were charging earlier.

Hence, there are more and better opportunities for CS's both in job and in practice as well..
