Can anyone plz tell me about filling online exam form i did it but not perfectly b/c at screen shot given there is a option for upload photo & sign but when i registered as a new user i didnt find anything about photo & sign , but i save changes. and next step for payment, in this , i also face problem i.e. i have visa debit card (16 digits) and C V V no.(3 digits) and submit all information given, but when i click on pay now than a new window opened with a message transaction declined by isurer.
Kindly plz help me if someone done .
