Need guidance on financial assistance from govt.

Dear Sir

I have idea to start the company with the Capital of 2 lakhs for doing organic farming agriculture on contract farming basis. I want to know the details of various financial support ( equity & preference share, Loans, Debentures, working capital financing ) that i can avail from Central & State govt for my business. I want to know whom i have to contact, to invite and explain my business proposal to the govt agency for investing in my company's equity & preference shares.
