Need guidance

Hello all.

I am currently pursuing CA from ICAI. I am interested in law as well as portfolio management. My confusion is: what should I opt for? CA with CS, or CA with CFA? Which will be more rewarding to build a good career?

Your guidance will be appreciated. Thanks!! :)

Dear Arya, first of all you have not mentioned in which satge you are at present (IPCC/FINAL).

SECONDLY AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, do not take CA easily, the course is really very vast  and it would be already difficult to complete the course along with your ARTICLESHIP. I would suggest fIrst complete your GRADUATION ALONG WITH YOUR ARTICLESHIP.

AFTER GRADUATION join CS (as you are interested in LAW) WHICH WOULD BE MORE EASY FOR YOU AS MOST OF THE TOPICS ARE COVERED IN CA.

ANOTHER BENEFIT OF JOINING CS IS THAT---IN CS YOU WILL GET 2 ATTEMPTS PER YEAR BUT FOR CFA LEVEL 2 & 3 YOU WILL GET ONLY 1 ATTEMPT IN A YEAR i.e. if Not cleard you have to wait more and it will result in frustration.

MOREOVER COMPARING CFA & CS---CS IS MUCH CHEAPER THAN CFA.
