Hi,

Read Law in following pattern,

1. The Payment of Bonus Act, 1965
2. The Employees’ Provident Fund and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952
3. The Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972.

Start from above first because these topics are easy and less in portion and have compulsory quesitions in EXAM.

Then prepare ETHICS and COMUNICATION preference should be given to COMUNICATION first.

Now prepare compnay Law throughly, priority should be given to most important chapters which repeatedly asked in papers, these chapters are,

(1)

Management and Administration – General Provisions – Registered office and name, Restrictions on commencement of business, Registers of members and debentures holders, Foreign registers of members or debenture holders, Annual returns, General provisions regarding registers and returns, Meetings and proceedings.

(2)

Prospectus and Allotment, and other matters relating to use of Shares or Debentures.

(3) Share Capital and Debentures

(4) Incorporation of Company and Matters Incidental thereto

Then other chapters.

Now between contract and Negotiable instrument,

Contract law is easy portion so you can go for that, one time reading is sufficient if you already have done it before.

Now few most important things for law,

(1) Buy compiler or suggested answers issued by ICAI.

(2) Try to remember all important case laws which have been repeatedly asked in papers. E.g. "SHAM KUMAR SAHGAL VS ONGC" in PAYMENT OF BONUS ACT,

"MOHRIBIBI VS DHARMDAS GHOSH" in CONTRACT ACT, and so on. So try to observe these famous case studies which have been asked frequently in exam, memorize it with relevent answers and also try to remember SECTIONS, not all but wherever possible

e.g. you can memorize most of sections of PAYMENT OF BONUS ACT, GRATUITY ACT etc.

When you mention case studies and sections, it will fetch you more marks, probably full marks at most  of places.

(3) Observe the answering method given in suggested answers try to follow the pattern in exam.

(4) Now, the last but not the least,

Try to attempt written tests in exam conditions after preparing small small portion on certain time, take help of your coaching teacher or seniors for checking and correcting papers.

Always remember there are no short cuts only Smart Work can give success. Go ahead.

Best wishes.

Regards,

Abhi
