Glad to know that you are also from Surat.
Many times I have written that at least 50 careers emerge from CA profession alone and no need to do any other course. 70% of syllabus of CA, CS and ICWA is one and same. But majority of students don't listen the advice. (And what is the result of majority of students) ?
You can choose your line of action after analysing the following points :
1. Target for Rank (for which I think you are eligible if your PCC marks are 60%+).
2. One Gold Medal in CA Final is enough if you wish to make your career in a particular field. If you wish to make your career in Finance; target for Gold Medal in MAFA and so on. It is good that you have confident but not over confident. It is just my suggestion to do the best in the field in which you are.
3. You are also one of those students who are victims of unplanned career of CA because you joined articleship with ANY CA FIRM. See my article ONE SHOT SUCCESS IN CA - the link is provided on my profile. At the time of joining; most of the students are not aware of importance of training. Since no remedial action can be taken right now; you have to bear the effect of mistake committed. But for a very short period of approx one year.
4. After completion of your training and qualifying CA; if you wish to make a very bright career; join a company the business of which is your area of choice. Treat your job as Industrial Training and behave like that.
5. If you wish to go into practice; join post qualification courses like DISA, IFRS etc. which will help you for empanelment with CAG and Banks. Without practice target you can also join DISA, IFRS etc. which will certainly add value in your career portfolio.
6. Do any other professional course.
Give the feedback what you decide, if you don't take it otherwise.
(I already mentioned in my previous reply that it is not necessary that others agree with my views).
