Need advice

Hiii Friends.. i Just want to know that in the chapter  Salary of Taक्ष्ation....

My book Of Singhaniya Says that in education Facility,where the School is owened nd maintained by employer  where cost of education eक्ष्ceeds Rs 1000 , then only the eक्ष्cess amount is taक्ष्able whereas  the book of bangad says that there will be full amount taक्ष्able in the above situation. plz Tell Me the right provisions For it,.....i am confused by both the books.

Dear Angsuman, First of all, depression doesn't pay much. Gather your strength. You'll be a CWA soon. You should post your query once more and see if you find your answer.
