Friends recently i joined a firm.i m having some Confusion..i m not able to decide whether i should join this firm or not?

You should clarify this thing with ur principal at earlier stage only bcoz many of my frndz have gone through this situation. One of my fnd has skip his 2 attempts of CA final due to this thing. So outstation audits will give u immense experience but to become a CA is the primary thing. So clarify this thing now as later on no issue arise.
