necessity of Eway Bill

Yes eway bill is required in this case also if consignment value exceed 50000/-

RR(Railway receipt) and PNR are not the same. Though nothing is clear in law about how to carry goods personally through rail, you can logically put the PNR number but you know our Govt. authorities don't like logical explanation so I would suggest to follow the law/rule to avoid any harrasment.
