Dear sir
As per guideline by service tax Deptt that ST 3 return Mansatory for all categorie of all register tax payer.Dear sir we paid service atx on Transport by good (A service receiver lable to make payment of service tax ) our last finacial year we paid only 1.50 to 2.0 lac we paid it trough GAR 7 challan by manualy to bank( not online payment).Is it necessary to do online paymnet of service tax ?.If no then how we fill challan detail in ST3 form ?Below is the deptt guidelines:-
