DEAR SIR,
Can some one tell me that how to calculate NCCD on mobile phone. Some one says that nccd calculate on BED+SED+AED whereas some says it is calculate on ASSESABLE VALUE+BED. now i'm confused what is right or wrong.

It is calculated on BED + SED + AED(GSI).
