Proposed name has sent for resubmission due to the word containing in name is under TM.. They are asking for NOC from all the TM holders.. Can it be resolved??
No unless the company has taken the consent of the registered trademark owner or any other person to whom right to use the trade mark has given by the registered owner, if his application for registering the trade mark is pending, company should take his consent before filing SPICE 32.
If there are more TM holders it's better to opt some other unique name.
