Dear Experts,
I am facing NAME MISMATCH issue while trying to open an online DEMAT trading account. This is happening because of the name mentioned in the “Aadhar” as V. RAVI KUMAR which differs with the name showing in the INCOME TAX PAN records as “RAVI KUMAR VISHVANATH”. Whereas , my PAN card displaying my name as "V. RAVI KUMAR".
However, I used my name as “V. RAVI KUMAR” in every records i.e. Bank Accounts, House Property, Insurance, EPF, Marriage Certificate also in the AADHAR which is based on my school certificate records. I am now not in the position to change my Name as RAVI KUMAR VISHVANATH in all these records. So, I wish to update my name as V. RAVI KUMAR in my income tax records only.
Hence, you are humbly requested to kindly consider my problem and suggest a best way to update my name as "V. RAVI KUMAR" in income tax records only.
Name As Per IT Records: Vishvanath Ravi Kumar (Surname , First Name & Middle Name)
PAN CARD Display Name: V. Ravi Kumar
Name As Per School Certificate , Bank Accounts, House Property, Electricity Bill, EPF Account, Insurance & Aadhar is V. RAVI KUMAR
