in case of name change whether PAN issued in the old name is same for new name???

Yes, pan number will not change
no there is no change in PAN
Yes.... PAN Number can't change.
The change in Name of the company will require stated procedure to be followed, which will result in issuance of New Certificate of Incorporation and the change in PAN Card of the company. The PAN Card will be modified with the new name only.
