Dear Freinds,
Our Company is an NBFC- in which there is a name change process which is going on,we have filed Form-1A and we have got the approval of the same ,.
As ours is an NBFC we have to take approval from RBI after which we can proceed.But as per rules Form-1B & Form-23 is required to be filed within 60 days from date of approval..
My query is which date we have to consider the date wen we get the approval from RBI viceversa?
