FOR 6TH NAME AND FOR MANUFACTURING ACTIVITY IN OBJECT CLAUSE CAPITAL LESS Form should be resubmitted.
What does ROC mean saying the above clause?

I think ROC says that resubmission of form without mentioning Serial No. 6 of the manufacturing activity given in the Object Clause

Frankly speaking.. this all stuff is nothing.. just like income tax office.. u just gv n u'll get ur work done within an hour.. i dnt know about UP ROC, bt this practice is with other ROC (I dnt wanna disclose the name of ROC here).. even i hv faced this prob 3-4times n had lost my clients due to diz only..
so just dnt get tense about all diz..
do u know !! 1ce i got query which was written as "PUC" n nothing else.. this is just an indication..
