Name approval

What needs to be done is to simply change the name as suggested by ROC and take a torough search on the MCA Portal for existing names similar to your Company's name and resubmit the form. However, visit the respective ROC once and get it clarified as to what is resembling and where is the error.

I DID NOT GET ANY SUGGESTED NAME FROM ROC....

IT SIMPLY SAYS:"  NAME RESEMBLES THE EXISTING COMPANY SO PLEASE CHANGE THE NAME AND THEN RESUBMIT"

BUT I WANT THE SAME NAME ..

WHAT CAN I DO?

If you really want the same name.....make sure there is no other such name on the MCA. After that approach the respective officer to do the needful for you. I will not elaborate further on Caclub...!!

As Ms.Riddhi Thakkar said you approach the concerned officer at ROC or add an extra letter or word to your company name whereas there are chances to get approved.
