How to add name of service ,in ST-1 Form, which is included in the nagetive list. I have tried no of times but could not get succes since it only shows other than nagetive list, but our service is come under nag...list..

For services under the negative list you are not required to take registration under Service tax per se and hence correctly you are not getting the option to do the same.
When your services are specifically excluded and exempted in the mega notification or negative list, why do you want to get registration under serv tax brother?
