n GST Refund of an Inverted Tax rate, it is compulsory to upload Json file of Statement -1A but while uploading .json file generated from Excel utility given by the department, a query is shown "Error : The uploaded JSON file which was created via offline utility has invalid data format.." Please help me to solve this error.

The current utlilty has some problem.I tried with older version saved earlier.It is working fine..json generated and refunds filed.
