My result still not declared Nov 2019 what to do

What happened?? please explain it clearly

Final Examination November 2019 is withheld by the institute since January 2020, due to error, that the eligibility requirements are not completed,where the requirements demanded by the institute are completed within time wid all proof regarding articleship completion such as articleship diary,consent letter from principal,condonation letter ,bank passbook,form 108,late fees receipt of Rs 10000/- I would also like to inform that the papers are too much too be uploaded on the SSP Portal  due to size problem as the compression cannot be done more,further the members supporting the students online by raising queries are not able to respond correctly and timely,further I request to kindly provide proper direction in this regard to the members of the technical team and kindly let me know my result as its already being more than 5 months.
