My LLP needs to remunerate a foriegn national

Hello,

I am a DP of an LLP. Its a start-up software company.

My LLP gets some work done from a foreign national who is a NZ citizen.

Now my LLP needs to remunerate that person.

1. Can my LLP do that?

2. If YES? How should I go about it?

Kindly check up near by auditors who will help you by filing Form 15CA and 15CB to the bankers you can pay the remuneration to him in dollars
