I was not filed Gstr for last 5months ,my creditors said your Gst no. locked ,so we are unable to send material .
my Question is can I file Gstr1 for 5months ,
and is lock open .
or is gstr3 filing is also required to lock open.

You need to file both returns
GSTR 3B and GSTR 1
GSTR 3B and GSTR 1
Firstly you need to file GSTR 3b as well as GSTR1
Pls file all pending returns to get unlock
