ya....sure....except 4(a) and 5(c) my answers are same as you. but in my opinion it does matter bcoz marks will be alloted considering overall working and approach to the answers so we can get  atleast half marks if answer does not tally.tell me one thing that are you sure about Ans 1(a) (ii) ,i also got the same answer but a bit confused.

I hope my friend what i asked you about your name you did not mind it.

In answer no. 1a iii) If you say that net profit under sales level at 540,000 units is NIL under absorption costing, conversely this means that BEP under-absorption costing is 540,000 units which is nothing but answer to question no. 1a i)

Ronit i have attempted only 2nd part ans.of which is 540000 units..i have not atttempted rest due to lack of time...so your concept is looking correct.

I hv also attempted 2nd part only what about other answers Mr. Ronit & Mr. Amit ???

If you had fully read my solution. I feel that answer to question no. 1a i) is same as ii) since the difference b/w marginal costing and absorption costing is specifically told be charged to COP. And also when you take BEP as 540,000 units and work out profit under absorption costing the same would be nil only. This is CONCEPTUAL question I don't know if my Concept is correct.

Dont worry Ronit atleast we have made 2nd part correct allmost students have not attempted this question, so we will get minium 6 marks for that..  what about that simplex problem have you done in paper?

Simplex question was a bouncer...I didnt attempt..... I had lots of hope from question no. 1a ......... I think it is going to cost me one more attempt.......

Dont  worry  ..atleast you can get 40 in cost ..dont loose your hopes....anything can happen in CA exams..what abt other questions..r u not confident?
