welcome Mayur. I think this platfor gives us oppurtunity to discuss all the issues related to CA. So see by posting my answer now i can judge my marks on base of different views. Thank you all for ur valuable contribution.

 I wrote batteries are covered under capital goods. - 50% available

electric lamps as an input which is used as electricity in the factory. -100%

 

 question no 2(c) 1st 3 are inputs and last one is capital good.

In case ofย  Q 2(c), i think electric lamps will be capital good and credit of only upto 50% will be allowed in 1st year. It is not used in manufacture but it is used in relation to manufacture....

Q.2(b) I think sample are  valued on greatest quantity  such as 50*190

Q2(c) 100% credit available except 50% on electric Lamp

Q3(c) not a correct answer

Q4(c) Recent amendment in this case you refer valuation of custom . you must get get answer

Q5(c) not correct answer. Officer has discrectionery power to gran option.
