Mvat tin can use in karnataka

You have to apply for TIN registration under Karnatka Vat Laws.
As both states have their own Vat Laws, that why you can not use Mah. TIN no. in Karnatka

But my question is,
if i issue all sales bill here at Pune for whatever work i'll provide there (Karnatak) to them,
then also i need a Karnataka VAT TIN or ...........not
