Mvat tin can use in karnataka

Hi,

I’m a contractor providing plumbing and centering labour & material works  to some builders in Pun, one of them having a construction site in Bangalore (Karnataka), where i have to do the same work.

My  question is, can I use my  MVAT TIN there at Karnataka, or I have to obtain a new TIN no according to Karnataka Tax Laws.

You have to apply for TIN registration under Karnatka Vat Laws.

As both states have their own Vat Laws, that why you can not use Mah. TIN no. in Karnatka

Thank for your reply,

But my question is,

if i issue all sales bill here at Pune for whatever work i'll provide there (Karnatak) to them, 

then also i need a Karnataka VAT TIN or ...........not
