which schedule should be attached with form no. 704 of MVAT Act for form no. 221 which is actualy an old form of last year?
Please advise us with proper instructions

Dear freind
form 221 has been replaced by form 231 so schedule I to be attached with form704 & schedule VI for oms transation (CST form) if any
