Municipal taxes paid

For the FY 2016-17, from one of my let out property I have not received any rental income, since it was vacant for the said period. But I have paid the municipal taxes for that property. Then, how to claim the property taxes paid under the head Income from House Property?

since annual letting value is nil you can claim muncipal taxes and show income from house property in negat
