Mumbai high court decision on unclaimed ITC
if possible please provide Mumbai high court order regarding ITC

There is no Mumbai High Court decision allowing the claim of "unclaimed" ITC after the statutory deadline. However, the Bombay High Court has recently ruled that technical portal limitations cannot block the transfer of unutilized ITC during mergers and that account blocks under Rule 86A must expire after one year.
