One of client is having a GST in Mumbai in name and style of ABC. Now he wants to start one more business at Pune with name XYZ. Business of both the firms will be the same. Is it possible to obtain multiple GST under same pan with different business name?

Yes you have to apply normally, with quoting same PAN.
