When we receive a transfer amounting US $500 (INR33080.25), the bank statement shows, we receive (INR 30000) and the rest 3080.25 has no entry in the pass book. What entry should be passed in Tally?

Kindly note the following on foreign currency transactions:
Currency Rate Fluctuates daily. Income/Expenditure the difference amount to be treated as Exchange Loss or Gain accordingly.
